NOC Chairman Briefs Prime Minister on Progress in Production Increase Plan
Dr. Farhat Bengdara, Chairman of the National Oil Corporation (NOC), reviewed the progress of the NOC’s plan to increase daily oil and gas production during a meeting with Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibah this evening. He detailed ongoing development projects aimed at achieving a production target of 2 million barrels per day of crude oil and condensates by next year.
Prime Minister Dbeibah praised the significant efforts of the NOC and its employees across all oil sites. He reaffirmed his full support for the NOC’s efforts to boost production and ensure stability in the sector. He also stressed the importance of continuing with the implementation of oil development plans, emphasizing the need to maximize the utilization of natural resources to support the country’s development.
