Waha Successfully Completes Horizontal Well That Can Produce 4,100 Barrels Per Day
Waha Oil Company has successfully finished drilling and completing a new horizontal well, K222, at the Daffa Station.
Initial tests of the well indicate a production capacity of around 4,100 barrels of crude oil per day.
This work was done using advanced horizontal drilling techniques as part of the NOC’s strategy to boost production rates.
