The National Oil Corporation (NOC) issues a statement on the amounts received from the Ministry of Finance and the expenditure mechanism for 2025.
To promote transparency and as part of the NOC’s ongoing commitment to sharing production, revenue, and expenditure data, the table below outlines the amounts received from the Ministry of Finance as allocations to the NOC, along with the items disbursed from January 1, 2025, to today, September 13.
– 14.6 billion dinars: The amount transferred by the Ministry of Finance for purchasing fuel for the Libyan state.
– 2.6 billion dinars (Chapter One): The total value of salaries in the oil sector through the end of August 2025.
– 1 billion dinars: Allocations for operating expenses in 2024.
