NOC and AGOCO discusses development drilling plans for the upcoming year
Monday, November 10, 2025, The National Oil Corporation (NOC) discussed with the Arabian Gulf Oil Company (AGOCO) the development drilling plan for next year, 2026, during a technical meeting held at the company’s headquarters.
The meeting, attended by the relevant drilling and development departments, reviewed the progress made on development and exploration drilling plans for 2025.
The meeting also covered maintenance and development work, the proposed budget for related activities, the AGOCO’s readiness to connect new wells to surface facilities, and the anticipated production from development drilling projects. Further, plans for electrical and mechanical connections to the targeted wells were discussed.
This meeting reflects the NOC’s commitment to supporting its subsidiaries and improving their operational efficiency, which in turn contributes to increased production capacity and sustainability in Libya’s oil and gas sector.
