NOC HR Staff Earn International CIPD Certification
The National Oil Corporation (NOC), represented by the Training and Development Department within the General Department of Human Resources Development, and in cooperation with Repsol Exploration Murzuq , awarded international professional accreditation certificates (CIPD) today, Sunday, Sepr. 27, 2026, to four staff members.
The employees received the certificates after successfully completing all program requirements and passing the related examinations.
The CIPD certification is widely regarded as one of the most prestigious international qualifications in the field of human resources. The four recipients were selected for the Repsol Murzuq-sponsored program through a competitive process that included candidates from the NOC and its subsidiaries. All four successfully passed the program with a 100% success rate.
This initiative aligns with the General Department of Human Resources Development’s strategic vision to strengthen the competencies of sector personnel in line with global standards, and it is supported and endorsed by the Chairman of the NOC’s Board of Directors.
