On behalf of all employees of the National Oil Corporation (NOC), the Chairman of the Board of Directors is pleased to congratulate all Libyan women and all women working in the oil and gas sector on the 8th of March the International Women’s Day, and to emphasize through this occasion that the Board of Directors is counting on women as a key and effective partner to promote the NOC.
