The Meeting of the NOC’s Chairman with the Dean and The Elders of the Municipality of Al-Rahibat
On Wednesday, March 10, 2021, at the headquarter of the National Oil Corporation (NOC), the Chairman of the board of Director Eng.Mustafa Sanalla met with the Dean of the Municipality of Al-Rifaibat, Mr. Al-Seifao Al-Malti, Mr.Ali Al-Sheikh, Member of the Municipal Council, and from the elders of Al-Rahibat, Mr. Nasr Ahmed Al-Absh, Mr. Ali Saeed Al-Sheikh, and Mr. Al-Shaybi Belgasim Al-Dabbagh, with presence of the Manager of Sustainable Development of the National Oil Corporation Mr. Mokhtar Abdel-Adam.
During the meeting, the situation within the municipality of Al-Rahibat and the difficulties facing it to provide the role assigned to it were discussed, where the dean and the elders expressed their gratitude for what the NOC provided during the last period to the municipality as a contribution to reduce the suffering of the people due to the lack of drinking water and provide some service mechanisms, also the municipality presented the proposed solutions to solve the choking of drinking water shortage and the extent of the possibility of the NOC through the Department of Sustainable Development to provide support and according to available possibilities.
In this regard, Eng.Sanalla stressed that the NOC will do its best to provide a helping hand to the municipality and directed the need for continuous communication and coordination with the Department of Sustainable Development, as he explained that despite the scarcity of financial budgets, the National Oil Corporation will spare no effort in order to provide the necessary support to all areas adjacent to its operations.
