During a meeting with Ben Guedara, Sonatrach CEO Rachid Hachichi confirms the company’s commitment to resuming operations in Libya.
Farhat Ben Guedara, Chairman of the National Oil Corporation, hosts Rachid Hachichi and his delegation at the NOC headquarters in Tripoli, in the presence of NOC Board Members and Heads of Departments. The discussions encompass investment opportunities and the enhancement of Sonatrach’s production operations in Libya.
The meeting was focused on reinforcing mutual cooperation, with Hachichi confirming Sonatrach’s strong reentry into the Libyan oil sector, announcing the opening of a Sonatrach office in Libya for more comprehensive operational oversight.
Ben Guedara warmly welcomes Sonatrach’s return, highlighting the Corporation’s dedication to facilitating the company’s operations and appointing specialized teams for effective follow-up.
