I congratulate you today on achieving a great accomplishment praised by all the internal and external media, through your continuous recommendations and direct supervision of the process of appointing and inclusion of all employees of the parallel oil corporation and integrating them into the staff of the National Oil Corporation (NOC) and its companies.
A great achievement for the most important sector in the country and the only financier of the Libyan state treasury.
Today, the rift is being healed and the division that has existed for years is being terminated closing the door to sedition that many had been playing on for so long time.
