ISO 9001 Certification Acknowledges the Contributions of Six Technical Departments at the NOC in Improving Institutional Performance.
Six technical departments at the National Oil Corporation (NOC) have received the ISO 9001:2015 international quality certification after successfully completing external audits. These audits were supervised by international experts and involved the NOC’s Quality Team Leader, along with participation from department managers and specialists from the Oil Research Center and related departments.
The certification included the following departments: Exploration, Reserve Development, Maintenance, Small and Large Projects, Drilling, and Technical Information.
This achievement is the result of months of dedicated efforts to develop and document procedures, update operational models, and implement specialized training programs, all under the guidance of the Oil Research Center and in collaboration with a global expert firm.
It also reinforces the NOC’s commitment to the highest standards of quality and governance and reflects its pursuit of institutional excellence and sustainability in the Libyan oil sector.
