ISO 9001 Quality Improvement Project Kicks Off at the International Cooperation Office

On Saturday, the qualification phase for the ISO 9001 Total Quality Project commenced at the International Cooperation Office of the National Oil Corporation (NOC), under the guidance of the Petroleum Research Center. The project, which spans three successive days with both morning and afternoon sessions, was inaugurated in the presence of Dr. Atiya Hamed, Manager of the International Cooperation Office.

The initiative seeks to enhance operational efficiency and ensure the highest quality standards in all services provided, as part of the NOC’s ongoing commitment to comprehensive development and superiority.

In conjunction with the project, a comprehensive training course is being held to familiarize the office’s staff with the ISO 9001 quality system and the best practices in this field. The course seeks to raise awareness about the importance of quality and equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to implement quality standards across all areas of their work.
