NOC and Waha Discuss Exploration Programs, Studies, and Budgets for 2025
On Wednesday, Waha Oil Company held a meeting with the National Oil Corporation (NOC) at NOC headquarters in Tripoli to review the results of the company’s exploration activities for the current year. The discussions focused on exploratory drilling programs and seismic surveys within the company’s blocks and concessions, as well as proposed exploration programs, studies, and budget requirements for 2025.
The meeting also covered the seismic survey programs for Blocks 12 and 13, as well as the processing and reprocessing of seismic data for Block 31, NC 59, and other areas. Additionally, attendees discussed new studies aimed at ensuring comprehensive coverage of all areas under the company’s operations.
In attendance were the Managers of Exploration from both NOC and Waha Oil Company, along with several supervisors, engineers, and specialists. Representatives from Waha’s foreign partners, Total and ConocoPhillips, also participated via videoconference.
