NOC Chairman Meets with SLB (Schlumberger)
This morning, on September 15, 2025, NOC Chairman Eng. Masoud Suleman met with SLB to discuss the company’s operations in Libya and the services it provides to businesses in the sector.
During the meeting at the NOC’s headquarters, Eng. Masoud Suleman emphasized the importance of increasing the company’s capabilities in well services and other offerings for businesses in the sector.
The meeting also covered the company’s efforts in contributing to sustainable development programs, training local personnel, and providing licenses for SLB-owned software to Libyan universities.
