NOC Chairman Receives Trump’s Middle East Advisor Massad Boulos
This morning, Wednesday, July 23, 2025, the NOC Chairman Eng. Masoud Suleman received Mr. Massad Boulos, US President Donald Trump’s Middle East Advisor to the Middle East, who began his first visit to Libya.
The meeting reviewed NOC’s strategy for maintaining Libya’s crude oil and natural gas production levels and working to increase oil production to 2 million barrels per day by 2030. The meeting also touched on the country’s existing petrochemical industries.
They also discussed the importance of NOC’s support for its crucial role in achieving economic stability in the country.
The meeting concluded with the signing of a cooperation agreement between Mellitah Oil and Gas Company and the US-based Hill International to manage the offshore A and E installations projects.
