NOC Completes State-of-the-Art Dialysis Center in Bani Walid

The National Oil Corporation (NOC) has recently finished building and equipping the Bani Walid Dialysis Center on a 1,600-square-meter site. This new facility is now ready to offer advanced medical services to residents in the area.

This center, built and outfitted to the highest standards, is the first of its kind in the region. It includes four dialysis rooms: one for men, one for women, and two specifically for infectious diseases. Further, it features a state-of-the-art laboratory with modern electronic weighing devices, a fully equipped emergency department, and a comprehensive filtration system.

Along with equipping the administrative offices and their annexes, the NOC supplied 18 advanced dialysis machines: seven in the men’s room, seven in the women’s room, and four in the infectious diseases rooms. Each dialysis room is outfitted with an oxygen system and a comprehensive communications system, while surveillance cameras monitor the hospital throughout. Additionally, a high-voltage generator provides enough power to keep the entire center running during outages. A variety of other supplies ensures that the hospital is fully operational.

This project is one of many initiatives undertaken by the NOC as part of its commitment to sustainable development. Through these efforts, the NOC aims to ease hardship and provide essential services to citizens in Libyan regions and villages across the country.

The municipality of Bani Walid is gearing up to open this vital center, which residents have been eagerly anticipating. The facility will greatly alleviate the challenges and burdens of traveling to the capital for kidney patients seeking treatment and essential services.
