NOC Strategy

The NOC is embracing an ambitious new strategy designed to maximize opportunities for our people, partners, and Libya. With Libya’s natural advantages, we’re poised to compete strongly in the global energy market in the years ahead.

To optimise our chances of success. The NOC has formulated a strategy underpinned by six core imperatives:

  • Meet demand for energy in Libya
