The Technical and Administrative Development Center, part of the General Directorate of Training, Development, and Capacity Building, successfully wrapped up a specialized training program on Saturday. This program aimed to prepare trainees for the international Project Management Professional (PMP) exam.

The program was carried out in collaboration with the Murzuq Academy for Training and Development, targeting 16 employees from different departments within the NOC. This marks the first phase of a larger initiative aimed at training 100 employees across the NOC and its affiliated entities.

This program is part of the development initiatives announced by the NOC Board of Directors. Its aim is to prepare employees for specialized programs that lead to internationally recognized professional certifications. This initiative is expected to enhance performance efficiency in the sector and support the NOC’s strategic goal of increasing oil and gas production rates in line with the best international standards and practices.
