There has been news circulating on social media regarding a final ruling from the Tripoli Court of Appeal falsely confirming that Mr. Farhat Omar Bengdara holds Emirati citizenship.
The NOC would like to clarify that this news is completely false and devoid of truth. The actual subject of the case is an appeal against the cancellation of an employee’s transfer. This is confirmed by the text of the aforementioned ruling, which is attached to this statement. The ruling stipulates the reinstatement of the employee to his previous position and does not, in fact, support what has been falsely reported on several anonymous and unverified social media pages of unknown origin and funding.
