The National Oil Corporation supports the health sector in “Al-Bayda”
On Thursday 02 July 2020, the Department of Sustainable Development delivered a PCR device for sample analysis to counter the spread of the COVID19 virus with 5,000 test strips and a set of temperature measuring devices for
“Al Thawra Central educational Hospital” in Al Bayda.
This support comes as a contribution from the National Oil Corporation to support efforts in various regions around Libya to limit the spread of the Corona virus pandemic and cover some urgent medical needs
Furthermore, the handover ceremony was attended by “Mr. Abdel Rahim Mazek” , Director General of “Al-Thawra” Hospital, “Mr. Issa Omar”, head of the laboratory team of the Medical Advisory Committee in “Jabal Al-Akhdar”, and Mr. Mohamed Al-Jehani”, representative of the Sustainable Development Department.
